If you take one green in factions, will it be customized for that charakter then?? I want one of the shields for my tyrian warrior

No it will not be customized. Plus shields aren't customized, only weapons (wands, staves, swords, bows...)

not entirely true there are a few shields that come custimised, such as the cathan targe and the chimaric prism.

cool i didnt know some shields can be cuztomized, what happends if you do it, makes the shield do 20% more dmg? 0.o

They came customized because there pre-order items. And no, they dont get any bonus.
